Returns policy
Standard Made to Order pieces are subject to our standard 7 days return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and proof of purchase.
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at contact@rhyanabrand.com. Please advise your order number, the reason for return, and if you require an exchange or credit note. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions of Return:

Customised or altered Made to Order pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned via tracked courier.

The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs, including local duties & taxes applicable to international orders.

Your item(s) must be as new: unworn, unaltered and unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
