Shipping and Returns

Returns policy 
Standard Made to Order pieces are subject to our standard 7 days return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and proof of purchase. 
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at Please advise your order number, the reason for return, and if you require an exchange or credit note. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Conditions of Return:
  • Customised or altered Made to Order pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned via tracked courier.
  • The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs, including local duties & taxes applicable to international orders.
  • Your item(s) must be as new: unworn, unaltered and unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
Faulty products
If you feel you have received a faulty product, please email us at with a thorough description and clear photos of the fault. We will assess the issue and if deemed faulty, endeavour to repair or replace the item in the first instance. Failing this, we will issue you with a refund, exchange or credit note. In the case of faulty returns, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customised or altered Made to Order pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Refunds faulty items only. 
Once the item(s) have been received they will be quality checked to ensure they are as new condition with all packaging and tags in place. If approved, we will then process your exchange, credit note, or refund, and you will receive a confirmation from us via email. Refunds will be processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) in the original payment method. Any change to exchange rates at the time of return is beyond our control.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
