RHYANA operates under the New Zealand Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Our sizing is based on standard New Zealand sizing, and basic measurements are listed on each product page. Please see our sizing chart for conversions; if you are unsure of the size, fit or style, please email us at contact@rhyanabrand.com. We're more than happy to provide you with further advice or photos.

In harmony with our philosophy of making only as desired - helping curb overproduction and consumption, we encourage you to make well-researched purchases. Dissimilar to traditional retail where items can be returned and resold easily, made-on-demand means every piece is crafted exclusively for you. 

We endeavour to get your size right the first time. We provide garment measurements and fit notes on our product pages - please read over them before purchasing. If you are unsure about fit or measurements, please get in touch.

Standard Made to Order pieces are subject to our standard 7 days return policy which you can view on our shipping and returns page.

Alterations made to our Made to Order pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing or fit, please email us at contact@rhyanabrand.com or send us an Instagram DM; we are here to help get the perfect fit for you. 

We are unable to accept returns that have been affected by jewellery, makeup and perfume when tried on.
